1. Rumors are running wild saying that Miguel Cotto is going to dump his uncle/trainer Evangelista Cotto after this weekend. There has been some internal issues between the two for awhile but I guess enough is enough for the two of them. Word is Miguel is going to begin training with a trainer in Florida. The rumor of the identity of that trainer is Buddy McGirt. I guess time will tell on this one.2. It appears Peter Manfredo Jr. wants a rematch with Jeff Lacy. Manfredo said he wants to prove that he is a much better fighter than what he showed in their December 8, 2007 fight. Not sure if the rematch will happen as there is no demand for it. The first fight was not that impressive to begin with.
3. Do not forget to watch Roy Jones Jr. and Joe Frazier tonight on the new CBS reality show Secret Talents of the Stars. The show will be on 10pm EST.
