1. It looks like IBF Middleweight Champion Arthur Abraham is ready to come to the US to fight after stopping Elvin Ayala in the 12 round today. Abraham has wanted to come to the US and said he would after this fight. Well after his impressive 12th round KO it seems the time is right.2. Could there be a reason behind the madness of Mikkel Kessler??? Rumor has it Kessler is looking to move up to the Light Heavyweight division. It is rumored that Kessler pulled out of his fight with Edison Miranda after WBA Light Heavyweight Champion Danny Green announced his retirement. Since the WBA Title will become vacant, Kessler would move up in weight, get a decent ranking by the WBA and fight for the vacant title. If Kessler wins the title then he becomes a major player in a division with Roy Jones Jr., Antonio Tarver, Glen Johnson, Chris Byrd and a few more. So maybe he was not scared of Miranda at all, just was truly weighing his options.
3. It appears the WBO is giving newly crowned WBO Interim Lightweight Champion Joel Casamayor until April 4 to decide to take a fight with Nate Campbell. Casamayor has said several times he does not want the fight with Campbell since he defeated him in the past. With that being said, it appears Casamayor will be stripped of the WBO Interim Title and Anthony Peterson will then become the mandatory for Nate Campbell.
