FNF and ShoBox February 29, 2008

In a sensational fight, Robert "the Ghost" Guerrero iced Jason Litzau in the 8th round. Litzau was a game opponent but certainly not on Guerrero's level. After being knocked down once in the 8th, Litzau was dropped once again for good with a hard combination towards the end of the round. For Guerrero this was his 5th straight win by KO and he looked good doing it. Now he is ready to face the bigger names for bigger money and possible title unification.

Travis Walker got revenge on his controversial loss to TJ Wilson. In their last fight, Wilson attacked at Walker got him hurt and the ref stopped the fight after 15 seconds. Not this time, Walker came at Wilson and was landing the harder shots. Walker landed some nice right hands in the 2nd and had Wilson out on his feet.

Michael Walker, who replaced Allan Green on 2 days notice, battled to a majority draw with 3 time title challenger Antwun Echols. Walker had been aggressive and had some success with his right hands but not sure if he was in the best shape to go 10 rounds. Walker kinda faded and let Echols do some work. Echols is an older fighter and it showed throughout the fight because his legs looked very shaky.

Sechew Powell came right out of the dressing room, into the ring and just iced Kevin Finley. Finley was never in the fight and Powell beat him like he stole his last $5. After this 1st round TKO it is time to see Powell step his game up to better opponents.
