1. The Contender is going to Versus??? That is the word in the boxing world. The popular boxing reality series that originally began on NBC then moved to ESPN for 2 seasons is going to begin its fourth season soon for the Versus network. Die Hard boxing fans have really enjoyed the show and will be watching it on Versus if that is what they have to do. I am still surprised ESPN dropped it.2. Steve "USS" Cunningham is willing to accept Enzo Maccarinelli's offer to fight. Basically Cunningham said Frank Warren and Don King know each other and they just need to get it worked out.
3. Apparently Floyd Mayweather Jr. is not yet ready to vacate his WBC Welterweight Belt yet. Rumors had come out that Mayweather was going to vacate, but the WBC said no word has come to them from Mayweather stating that. So the Andre Berto-Miki Rodriguez fight will still be a WBC eliminator fight.
